Why open an Employer account with us?
- Purchase single or multiple job posting "credits" to use at anytime. Receive price breaks for purchasing multiple credits. (See our pricing chart.) Even if you purchase one or more credits several months before using them, the posting period for a job listing will begin only after you've redeemed a credit for that listing — no need to feel rushed.
- Use your job posting credits to Add or Renew job listings. Use your credits to post new jobs, or use them to renew jobs about to expire. A renewed job listing will run the remaining days of its current term and then seamlessly begin its next term — no worries for renewing early.
- Expired jobs can easily be renewed if desired. All of your job listings will remain in your account unless you delete them. If a job listing has expired, it will be hidden from jobseekers but still be viewable by you for multiple purposes, including easy renewal.
- Search our growing database of fresh new resumes! One of the greatest things about a specialized job board is the caliber and quality of the jobseekers in its industry. By subscribing to our Resume Search Access service, you gain access to our growing database of fresh, new resumes of professional candidates. (See our pricing chart.)
- Recruiter Agent Notification - Create automated agents to notify you via email if any new jobseeker profiles appear to match your target.
- Saved Jobseeker Pool - Save your favorite jobseekers in this designated area within your account for quicker reference.
- Confidentiality Options - If desired, certain elements of your contact information can be set to private. Regardless, you can still elect to communicate with a specific jobseeker directly with or without revealing your contact information.
- 1-Click-Job-Alert - Send your job listing and contact information directly to a jobseeker and save him/her to your saved pool — all with a simple click or two of the mouse.
- Create additional accounts for other users within the company. Once an employer account has been created, the Primary Recruiter has the ability to create accounts for other recruiters/offices within the same company.
